“All-seeing Eyes :2024 RANDOMIZE International Unstable Media Art Festival” brings together diverse forms of moving image art, including video installations, audiovisual works, interactive media, and expanded cinema, highlighting the experimental and cross-disciplinary spirit of contemporary dynamic media art.The curatorial theme explores how, in an age of heightened dependence on vision, the moving image functions as a core medium of communication and perception, while reflecting on its profound impact on life, information, thought, and politics. Through innovative approaches, participating artists reconstruct the evolving trajectory of symbols, media, and digital technologies, revealing the pivotal role of images in cultural exchange and social discourse. The featured works invite audiences to traverse the boundaries of the real and the virtual, while offering interpretations, extensions, and re-readings that spark multilayered reflections on contemporary cultural phenomena. This year’s festival also includes selected works from Bilbao’s Bideodromo International Experimental Film and Video Festival, alongside live performances and artist talks.
